How do I cancel a PayPal Subscription

If you choose to change your payment method from PayPal subscription / recurring payment to either Debit / Credit Card or Direct Debit you will need to cancel the recurring payment by logging into your PayPal account otherwise you risk paying twice for your services.

You will also need to cancel the subscription / recurring payment in the event you cancel your services with us.

To cancel a PayPal subscription / recurring payment simply:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the 'Settings' icon at the top of the page.
  3. Under 'Payment settings', click Pre-approved payments..
  4. Use the filter to select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
